Barry. You are so funny. And uninhibited. I love it. Thank you for commenting on my livejournal which subsequently led me to badcherry.org, and then your deviant art page (you are very good a photographing things), and then to the red files. I nearly pissed myself listening to you singing in the car, dancing in the street or what not. I did not listen to all of them, because after a while a felt kind of awkward listening. Like I was voyeuristically peeping in on a moment you were sharing with yourself, or something. But I have SOOO TOTALLY done that before. Still do. I just don't record my song ideas anymore because my voice recorder was stolen. Anyway, I thought I'd comment on the lyrics and harmonies. It's very renaissance inspired. I shall .... and you shall... that which... For not being very religious, you certainly create very religious-sounding music! I laughed so hard at the part where you couldn't really think of lyrics because I think you were concentrating on closing your car door, and you just put in a bit of "and something which something..." I peed a little in my pants laughing then. And that german book about where babies come from taught me something new. Can't wait to see you at the old grindstone!

PS, I made a red thai curry and attempted to bake off my own naan tonight for dinner! It turned out like big crackers. Too floury tasting. Maybe I'll use clarified butter instead next time.
