This last Saturday we were going to Wausau to meet the family for a skiing trip. After ariving we found out that we were told the wrong weekend, but luckily were able to cancel our hotel room with out any fee. To make the best of things we drove to my mom’s house and ended up spending the weekend there. We were supposed to come home on Sunday, but were got a lot of snow and went cross country skiing instead. Then went to the Stanley-Boyd pool before chillaxing with some nice movies. We then drove home on Monday, but still had to put up with a lot of snow. Overall it was a nice visit and I think that I liked it better than I would have liked the original plan of the skiing trip. The atmosphere was quite relaxed and it wouldn’t have been for the real trip.
